You've been generating lots of bookings with Stay22, and now you want to get paid.
You've made sure your payment information is up-to-date, and you request a payout.
But now you're wondering where your money is. You can find this information in the Payment Status section of the Hub.
Where do I find the Payment Status section?
1. Go to the Payments tab in your Hub.
2. Then locate Payment Status message
What type of information will the Payment Status section give me?
1. If your next withdrawal is ready.
2. Once you've withdrawn funds, it will tell you when you'll receive your payout by, and also how many days until you can request your next payout.
3. If you can't withdraw due to the minimum threshold not being met.
4. If you can't withdraw because your payment information needs to be updated.
5. If you can't withdraw because Tipalti is out of service, you'll need to wait until our team can contact them and have it back up and running.
6. If you can't withdraw for other reasons, please reach out to your account manager.
