How to verify that your script is working

How to check if the LMA script is running on your website

  1. Before doing anything, make sure to clear your cache.

  2. To verify that LMA is properly installed, right-click anywhere on your page, choose Inspect, and then click on the Console section. You should see the Let Me Allez rainbow ➡️⬅️  If you don't see it, the script is not installed.

  3. If you see a rainbow, you're ready to go!

My script isn’t working—what should I do?

  1. Double-check that the script is installed in your header or footer.
  2. Clear your website cache.

  3. Verify that the script is active in the Stay22 Hub.

  4. If issues persist, contact our support team.

What happens if I install the script incorrectly?

What do "Active" and "Inactive" script statuses mean?
A script is marked as Active once it has been installed and has generated traffic. If the script has been created but hasn't been installed or hasn't generated traffic yet, it will show as Inactive.

I've installed LMA, but I can't see it in the console, or it only works on some pages. What should I do?
If you're facing issues with LMA not appearing on your website, such as on the homepage or specific destination pages, the problem is often related to caching rather than the installation itself. This issue is particularly common with sites using caching tools like WP Rocket. To resolve this, clear your site's cache in the caching plugin settings. Many experienced bloggers are familiar with this step and often perform it independently. Additionally, enabling and disabling WordPress plugins or clearing cache in WordPress Ezoic can also help address this issue.
