Referral Program Walkthrough 

 

Your referral links are now available directly inside the Hub, making it easier to access, copy, and share.

Each program has a unique referral link, so you can share the right opportunity with the right people while keeping track of your referrals and rewards.

This FAQ covers everything you need to know to access your links and use the Referral Program in the Hub.


 

Where can I find my referral links?

To access your referral link:

  1. Log in to the Stay22 Hub
  2. Click the Referral Program button in the top-right corner
  3. Select the program you want to promote:
    • Travel Referral Program
    • Retail Referral Program
  4. Copy your personalized referral link directly from the Hub

Your referral links are generated automatically and are ready to share immediately.

If you can’t find your referral link, contact Support at support@stay22.com for assistance.


 

Which referral link should I share?

The Travel Referral Program and Retail Referral Program each have separate referral links. Choose the referral link based on the type of creator or partner you are referring:

  • Travel referral link: For creators or partners focused on travel monetization.
  • Retail referral link: For creators or partners interested in retail monetization opportunities.

These programs operate independently and follow different program rules, so it’s important to share the correct link based on who you are referring.


 

Will my existing referral links still work? 

Yes. Any referrals made through your existing link will continue to be tracked and attributed to your account. There’s no need to update or reshare your link. 


 

Is my referral link unique to my account?

Yes. Every referral link is uniquely connected to your account for accurate referral tracking and attribution.


 

Can I see who signed up through my referral link?

Referral signups are not currently visible in the Hub.

Our team tracks referrals internally, and we’re actively working on adding this functionality to the Hub in a future update.

In the meantime, if you’d like an update on your referrals, please contact Support at support@stay22.com or reach us from our chatbot. 


 

How are referrals tracked?

Your referral link is linked to your AID, which allows Stay22 to track referrals and attribute them to your account correctly.


 

Where can I find my AID?

You can find your AID inside the Stay22 Hub if you need to verify which account a referral link is associated with. 


 

Can I use the same referral link for all referrals?

Since Travel and Retail programs have separate referral links, you should only share the link that matches the referral type.

Using the wrong link may result in incorrect tracking or referral attribution.


 

Do I need to manually create a referral link?

No. Referral links are automatically generated for your account inside the Stay22 Hub. Simply copy and share them.


 

Can I share my referral link with multiple creators or partners?

Yes. You can share your custom referral link with multiple creators or partners. All referrals made through your unique link will be tracked back to your account. 


 

Can I refer myself to earn the referral bonus?

No. Self-referrals are not allowed. The referral program is intended to reward partners who introduce new, independent creators to Stay22. If we detect that the referred account is linked to the referrer (e.g., same person, business, or email), the referral will be disqualified and no reward will be issued. 


 

When and how will I receive my bonus?

Travel: After your referral completes 100 confirmed bookings.

For travel referrals, cash rewards are sent via the payment method linked to your Stay22 account.
