Nova is Stay22’s automatic monetization solution for partner websites. It recognizes when a reader is actively exploring travel-related content and can connect them with a relevant accommodation search, giving you another way to earn commission from traffic you already have.

Nova works alongside your existing content and monetization setup. It does not require manual booking links, new page placements, or changes to your editorial workflow.

What Nova does

Nova is designed to capture high-intent travel moments that might otherwise go unmonetized.

It is intentionally selective. Nova appears only when a reader meets its criteria for high travel intent, so it applies to a small share of overall traffic. Most visitors will not see a Nova opportunity.

When Nova appears, it opens a destination-specific accommodation search results page. The reader can browse available hotels and prices while keeping your original content available.

How Nova works

Nova supports the reader’s journey from travel research to booking:

1. A reader visits your content. They start reading an article, guide, or other page on your site.
2. The reader explores. They continue reading, scrolling, clicking, or navigating through your content.
3. Nova recognizes high travel intent. Nova considers signals such as the destination mentioned on the page, the reader’s location, and how they interact with your content.
4. An accommodation search results page opens. When the reader meets Nova’s criteria, Nova opens a search results page for accommodations in the relevant destination or location. When travel dates are available on the page, Nova can carry them into the search as check-in and check-out dates.
5. The reader keeps exploring. The accommodation page opens in a new background tab in the same window, depending on the reader’s device and setup. The original content remains available.
6. The reader explores and books. They can browse available options and complete a booking with the hotel provider offered. If they book through that page, you can earn commission.

• Nova is designed for travel-related accommodation opportunities.
