When will I get my money?

When can I withdraw my commission?

You will see the commission value that you can withdraw as part of a payout on your payments page under ‘Redeemable Revenue’. This will likely be different from your total revenue, as some of your total revenue may not be eligible for withdrawal yet.

Commission becomes ‘redeemable’ on the below timelines:

  • Travel: 7 days after the end date (e.g. checkout date for a hotel)

  • Retail: 90 days after the transaction dates, to allow for shipping and returns

I’ve already requested a payout - when will I receive this?

We process payments within 30 days of the date you request the payout, if all your payment details are correct. Please confirm your payment method is correct using the steps here.
